Serge Moyal has extensive experience in the intricate world of corporate finance, including nearly 20 years of international investment banking.
He has developed an expertise in the technology, biotechnology, real estate, and resources fields. Serge began his career as an Investment Advisor for RBC Dominion Securities. Subsequently, he became Managing Director Investment Banking for Sunrise Securities Canada, a division of Sunrise Securities Inc in New York.
Mr. Moyal has successfully lead Advisory, M&A, PIPE, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Strategic Equity transactions. he has participated and helped raise well in excess of $2 billion for small to large cap companies.
