SERGE J. MOYAL
Mr. Serge Moyal serves as the President at Sunel Securities Inc. Mr. Moyal has extensive experience in the intricate world of corporate finance, including nearly 20 years of international investment banking. Specifically, he has developed an expertise in the technology, biotechnology, real estate and resources. He began his career as an Investment Advisor for RBC Dominion Securities. Subsequently, he became Managing Director Investment Banking for Sunrise Securities Canada, a division of Sunrise Securities Inc in New York. Mr. Moyal has successfully lead Advisory, M&A, PIPE, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Strategic Equity transactions. he has participated and helped raise well in excess of $2 billion for small to large cap companies.
COBY D. ELMALECH
Coby began his career working for a property development firm for two years where he gained experience in real estate, corporate finance and capital markets. Coby holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Seneca International School of Accounting and Finance, where he graduated with distinction and received the HSBC Bank Award for demonstrating a high academic standing.
AARON E. SONSHINE
Mr. Aaron Sonshine is a Partner with the law firm Bennett Jones. Mr. Sonshine practices corporate and securities law with particular emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Bennett Jones, he practiced corporate and securities law at another major law firm in Toronto. He serves as an Advisory Board Member of Sunel Securities Inc. He holds his Law Degree from Osgoode Hall at York University.
